Cancellation & Refund

1. Reservation and Booking Confirmation

At Hotel Raj Inn, bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a token advance payment or full room payment (depending on the season and occupancy levels). We communicate confirmation details immediately via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

We understand that pilgrimage travel plans can change due to transit delays or weather. Our cancellation terms are structured as follows:

• Cancellation 48 Hours or More Prior to Check-in: Full refund of the advance deposit (minus any nominal banking/gateway processing fees).
• Cancellation Between 24 to 48 Hours Prior to Check-in: 50% refund of the advance deposit will be processed.
• Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Prior to Check-in (or No-Show): No refund will be issued. The advance deposit will be forfeited.

3. Special Peak Season Guidelines

During high-occupancy festival periods (such as Mahashivratri, Shravan Somvar, and Kartik Purnima), booking demand is extremely high.
• Advance payments made for bookings on these specific festival dates are **completely non-refundable** and non-transferable.

4. Early Departure Policy

If you check-in and decide to shorten your stay or depart early, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full booking period as confirmed during reservation.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed using the original payment mode (e.g., UPI, Net Banking, or Card Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the formal cancellation request.
